Overview

We are seeking a friendly and professional Bartender/Server to join our vibrant hospitality team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving beverages and food, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Ideal candidates will have experience in food and beverage service, strong communication skills, and a passion for hospitality. The position offers an opportunity to develop skills in a dynamic environment while ensuring guests have an enjoyable experience.

Responsibilities

  • Take orders accurately and efficiently using POS systems such as Micros POS
  • Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner
  • Handle cash transactions with precision, including cashiering and cash handling duties
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas, adhering to food safety standards
  • Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed to uphold health regulations
  • Manage multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously, demonstrating excellent time management
  • Provide attentive customer service, addressing guest needs promptly and courteously
  • Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth service flow
  • Uphold hospitality standards by creating a welcoming environment for all guests
  • Assist in food service duties when necessary, supporting overall team operations

Qualifications

  • Previous restaurant or food industry experience preferred, especially in serving or bartending roles
  • Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
  • Good understanding of food safety and proper food handling procedures
  • Basic math skills for cash handling and billing accuracy
  • Excellent time management abilities to handle busy service periods effectively
  • Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
  • Knowledge of the food industry standards and hospitality best practices
  • Must be personable, professional, and able to work well within a team environment

Pay: $15.00-$17.00 per hour
