Duties and Responsibilities

  • Organizing and Composing Emails, Interpret customer RFQ’s, Purchase Orders
  • Process and follow up on customer RFQ(s) / orders
  • Provide assistance and support in resolving customer conflicts and or concerns.
  • Communicate via phone, email and face to face in a respectful and professional manner
  • Other duties as assigned by Management

Qualifications

  • Must be able to follow instructions/procedures
  • Must possess time management and strong organizational skills
  • Must know basics of blueprint reading and interpreting 2D/3D drawings, BOMs and model files.
  • Knowledge of shop processes, weld symbols and geometric tolerancing
  • Proficiency with 2D/3D CAD software; knowledge of AutoCAD is an asset.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office products including but not limited to, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word
