The Opportunity

The candidate will provide software support and resolve any emerging challenges that our clients face with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring excellent service standards and high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support customers on Modular Software’s proprietary products and solutions.
  • Answer, evaluate, and prioritize incoming requests from end-users.
  • Identify and escalate system problems.
  • Document approved change requests.
  • Responsible for Testing, fundamental data analysis and QA.
  • Develop training materials and train users on the company’s software platform.
  • Candidates are expected to assist clients in the following modules/ sectors of business:
  • Inventory Management
  • Purchasing
  • Sales Order Processing
  • Bill of Materials
  • Sales Analysis
  • E-Commerce - EDI
  • General Ledger
  • Data Analysis and Reconciliation

Qualifications

  • Post Secondary Education (or equivalent).
  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain/ warehouse operations.
  • 5+ years of customer service.
  • Experience with data extraction and migration.
  • Problem-solving, critical thinking and the ability to identify and resolve issues promptly.
  • Interpersonal skills, with a focus on resolving conflict while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Team-oriented, with the ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience with RF Warehouse hardware/software is desirable.
  • Familiarity with SQL and Query tools is preferable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
