Full job description

Overview
We’re hiring a reliable Back of House (BOH) / Kitchen Prep team member for a fast-paced restaurant. You’ll support daily prep, kitchen operations, and cleanliness.

Duties

  • Prep ingredients and assist with cooking during service
  • Meat cutting / trimming / portioning (knife work)
  • Dishwashing and general cleaning duties as needed (including closing cleanup).
  • Follow food safety rules (label/date, FIFO, proper storage)
  • Keep the kitchen clean and organized; support closing cleaning
  • Help receive and stock supplies; basic inventory support

Requirements

  • BOH/prep experience preferred
  • Must be comfortable with knives and meat prep
  • Must be able to handle regular heavy lifting
  • Fast, organized, team player, reliable and punctual
  • Able to work until very late (3AM store close)

Pay: $18.55-$20.00 per hour

Experience:

  • Kitchen: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

  • Food Safety Certification (preferred)

Work Location: In person
