Our commitment to inclusion is central to delivering exceptional healthcare staffing services across Canada—we believe that welcoming diverse backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives not only enhances the quality of care we provide, but also strengthens our organization as a whole. We continuously evaluate and improve our policies and practices to uphold these values and ensure that every individual connected to NMC feels respected, supported, and a true sense of belonging.
