Who We Are Looking For:

We are currently seeking an Emergency Service Dispatcher in Disaster Restoration to join our Amazing Team!

Job Description:

  • Scheduling and monitoring Emergency Services team to meet our client needs.
  • Dispatching technicians to various jobs and work sites; providing them with all relevant details concerning service to be provided according to priority.
  • Communicate status of emergency files to project managers and clients.
  • Point of contact for emergency technicians.
  • Organize, maintain, and coordinate office records and files in their proper locations.
  • Assist in other areas of the company, when needed.

Qualifications:

  • Great organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize different tasks with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient computer skills (Outlook, Word & Excel).
  • Problem-solving skills with fantastic interpersonal skills.
  • Experience using Xactimate & PSA are considered an asset.
  • Experience in disaster restoration is an asset.
