Seamless Bridge Ltd. is seeking an After Hours Emergency Operator to join our team!

Seamless Bridge Ltd is seeking a customer service oriented individual to answer after hour emergency calls for property management, restoration and insurance companies. Job duties include answering after hour phone calls, coordinating an appropriate response and bringing the call to a resolution. This may require liaising with property managers, trades, insurance adjusters and project managers.

The successful candidate will have the ability to calmly communicate with people in varying stages of emergency. This is not an answering service, you will be trained to bring calls to a resolution.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency with computers
  • File management experience
  • Superior written and verbal communication
  • Customer service oriented
  • Experience in property management is preferred
  • Call center experience

Hours of operations are weekday evenings, weekends and holidays. We are currently seeking someone for a variety of shifts. This position is located in our Mission office in the Fraser Valley.

Training will be part time afternoons, evenings, or weekends.

Part time: All Shifts
