We are currently seeking a Night Ambassador to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in the magic of the night and revels in distinctive circumstances. Your primary role will involve creating a lively and inviting environment during late hours to ensure our guests have an exceptional experience. We are looking for an ideal candidate who is fluent in English, both verbally and in writing and is dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service.


Primary Responsibilities Include:

  • Emitting a fun, professional, and welcoming energy while interacting with our guests.
  • Provide additional support as needed to guests and departments.
  • Be the first point of contact for guests and respond to their needs proactively.
  • Communicate and coordinate actions with other departments within the hotel.
  • Taking reservations promptly and following our brand standards.
  • Manage guest arrivals and departures, ensuring efficient and accurate processing.
  • Perform nightly audits to verify the accuracy and completeness of all financial transactions.
  • Ensure the oversight of hotel security by monitoring surveillance systems and conducting routine property checks.
  • Respond to emergencies, such as fire alarms or medical situations, and collaborate with pertinent emergency services, as needed.


Qualification:

  • Have a reliable means of transportation given the associated hours of this position.
  • Proven cash-handling skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Required: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Beneficial: Previous night auditing experience is considered an asset.
  • Availability: This is a part-time overnight position requiring 2–3 shifts per week (11:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.). Monday and Tuesday availability is required.
