Starting Date: Immediate
Deployment: Based on operational requirements
Compensation:
- Advanced Care Paramedic (ACP): $700/day
- Full daily rate paid during scheduled deployment days off

Advanced Medical Solutions Inc. (AMS) is recruiting Advanced Care Paramedics (ACPs) to support wildfire evacuation operations throughout the Northwest Territories. Working alongside emergency response partners, you'll provide essential medical care to evacuees and help ensure safe, effective healthcare delivery during emergency operations.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
As a Wildfire Response Paramedic, you'll play a critical role in supporting emergency evacuation operations across the Northwest Territories. Working collaboratively with emergency management teams and healthcare professionals, you'll provide patient care in dynamic and challenging environments.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide emergency medical care to evacuees during wildfire response operations.
- Perform patient assessments, treatment, and stabilization within your scope of practice.
- Assist with patient transport and continuity of care as required.
- Support medical operations within evacuation centres and other response locations.
- Collaborate with local EMS services, nurses, physicians, firefighters, and incident management teams.
- Maintain accurate patient care documentation in accordance with client and organizational requirements.
- Promote a safe, professional, and collaborative working environment.
- Respond effectively in rapidly changing operational environments.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Current registration as an Advanced Care Paramedic (ACP) in your home province.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Valid Class 4 Driver's Licence (or equivalent where applicable).
- Ability to deploy on short notice.
