Are you an organized, friendly, and detail-oriented professional with a passion for supporting seniors? We’re looking for a Permanent Full-Time Resident Coordinator to join our team at our Whispering Pine Lodge in Grande Cache.

Reporting to the Lodge Administrator, with guidance from the Director of Client Services, the Resident Coordinator plays a vital role in daily lodge life. You will be the heart of resident engagement, ensuring meaningful connections and creating an environment where every resident feels valued and respected.

A little About the Position

  • Able to build strong, trust-based relationships with residents, families, and community members.
  • Support seniors through move-in, orientation, and ongoing care processes with sensitivity and respect.
  • Ensure daily safety and wellness of residents, including headcounts and health monitoring.
  • Manage resident financial transactions with accuracy, confidentiality, and transparency.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and care standards, including the Person’s in Care Act, OH&S, and Accommodation Standards.
  • Assist with emergency preparedness, drills, and safety protocols.
  • Participate in on-call rotations, meetings, and training sessions to support lodge operations.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an empathetic personality
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing situations with a proven ability to foster a positive environment.
  • Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Physically capable of meeting the demands of the role.
  • Experience in senior housing and/or the hospitality industry would be an asset.
