Overview
AgPro West Supply is an established business in Abbotsford BC. Our goal is to Provide Innovative Systems, Introduce New Technology and Build a Better Future for the Agricultural sector. Our passion for agriculture runs deep and extends beyond poultry to all areas of farming. Our customers are important and providing their operations with diverse solutions is what we strive to do.

AgPro is coming into a busy season, and we are looking for workers ranging from from entry level to skilled journey men to complement our installation crews. Compensation is based on experience and training will be provided. We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Installers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, assembling, and maintaining various products and systems at client sites. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, providing hands-on experience and contributing to the successful completion of projects. The Installation team will ensure that installations are performed efficiently, safely, and according to specifications, supporting the overall quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Install and assemble products or systems at customer locations
  • Operate tools and equipment necessary for installation tasks, ensuring proper maintenance and safety protocols are followed
  • Collaborate with project managers to coordinate installation and address any on-site issues promptly
  • Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, and any modifications made during the installation process
  • Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others

Qualifications

  • Both entry level and trades people are required
  • Electrical and mechanical experience will be an asset
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Valid BC driver’s license is required
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team in various environments
  • Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different project requirements
