Overview
We are looking for a licensed electrician with experience in Canada, or apprentice with residential experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical and be proficient in residential, commercial and service work. This role requires the ability to read blueprints and schematics, as well as the capability to work with various hand and power tools. The Electrician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems to ensure safe and efficient operation. Applicants must have a valid drivers license.

Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in accordance with local codes and regulations.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics to determine wiring layouts.
  • Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform necessary repairs or replacements.
  • Use hand tools and power tools effectively to complete electrical installations.
  • Collaborate with other tradespeople to ensure project completion on time.
  • Conduct routine inspections of electrical systems to identify potential issues.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment while adhering to safety protocols.

Experience

  • Licensed electrician with residential experience in Canada, or apprentice.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including low voltage applications.
  • Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
  • Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in electrical work.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
