Job Summary

EV STUDIO is seeking an energetic, motivated, and customer-focused Product Advisor to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, is eager to learn about electric vehicles, and thrives in a fast-paced sales environment.

As a Product Advisor, you will assist customers throughout the entire vehicle purchasing journey—from the initial inquiry to vehicle delivery—while building lasting relationships and delivering an outstanding customer experience

Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers and understand their vehicle needs.
  • Present and demonstrate electric vehicle features and technology.
  • Conduct vehicle walkarounds and test drives.
  • Generate new business through phone, online inquiries, referrals, and walk-in traffic.
  • Follow up with prospective and existing customers.
  • Maintain accurate customer information using the dealership CRM.
  • Work closely with the finance and delivery teams to ensure a smooth purchasing experience.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Stay informed on EV products, incentives, and industry trends

Requirements

  • Previous automotive sales experience is an asset but not required.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Motivated, goal-oriented, and self-driven.
  • Professional attitude and appearance.
  • Comfortable using computers and CRM software.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
