The Role

We’re looking for a warm-hearted, dedicated Early Childhood Educators to join our team. Whether you’re already Montessori-trained or excited to learn, we’ll support you with mentorship, hands-on training, and a collaborative environment.

What You Bring

  • ELCC Level I, II, or III certification
  • Montessori Assistant certificate or willingness to obtain one
  • 3+ years of experience in early learning classrooms
  • Current First Aid certification
  • Up-to-date Criminal Record Check
  • Strong leadership and curriculum planning skills
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, Monday to Friday
  • Willingness to attend occasional evening meetings or parent events
  • A nurturing spirit, growth mindset, and deep respect for children
