Brite Beginnings - St Albert Locations

Brite Beginnings – Erin Ridge & Riverside are currently looking for a passionate, dependable, and team-oriented Early Childhood Educator to join our established center.

We’re looking for a few staff to join our teams; Looking for someone is ready to step into a strong team culture, build meaningful relationships, and bring positive energy into the classroom each day.

This is more than a childcare position — it’s an opportunity to be part of a center that values collaboration, professionalism, and heart.

What You’ll Do:

  • Create engaging, play-based learning experiences
  • Build strong, respectful relationships with children and families
  • Support children’s social, emotional, and developmental growth
  • Work alongside a supportive team of educators
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and nurturing classroom environment
  • Follow licensing standards and center policies with confidence

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

  • Holds a Level 1, 2, or 3 ECE Certification
  • Is reliable, organized, and professional
  • Communicates clearly and confidently
  • Works well in a team environment
  • Brings patience, warmth, and a positive attitude to their day
