Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Childcare Provider to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for my son in own homes. This role involves providing attentive caregiving, meal preparation, light cleaning, and educational support to promote the well-being and development of children. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for working with children, experience in caregiving, and the ability to adapt to the unique needs of each family.

Duties

  • Provide attentive supervision and care for children in their home environment, ensuring safety at all times
  • Prepare nutritious meals and snacks tailored to children's dietary needs and preferences
  • Engage children in educational activities, playtime, and teaching moments to support their growth and development
  • Perform light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning up after children, laundry, and maintaining a tidy living space
  • Assist with daily routines including dressing, bathing, homework help, and bedtime routines
  • Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about children's progress, behaviors, and any concerns

Requirements

  • Ability to perform light cleaning duties to maintain a safe and organized environment
  • Demonstrated caregiving skills with patience, empathy, and positive reinforcement techniques
  • Knowledge of teaching methods suitable for early childhood development
  • Valid background check and references confirming reliability and trustworthiness
