Full job description

Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled, passionate, and caring Speech-Language Pathology Assistant to join our growing pediatric team. This is a wonderful opportunity to work closely with families and children in a supportive, collaborative clinic environment where creativity, learning, and compassion are truly valued.

If you enjoy working with children, especially those with diverse communication needs, and are eager to grow your skills as an SLPA, we would love to hear from you.

What you’ll do

  • Deliver speech and language therapy sessions based on goals provided by the supervising SLP
  • Collaborate regularly with the SLP to discuss client progress and therapy planning
  • Support the SLP by creating and preparing therapy materials and resources
  • Engage children through fun, motivating, and play-based therapy activities
  • Build positive, respectful relationships with children and their families

What we’re looking for

  • Experience working as an SLPA, BI, or in a similar support role (preferred)
  • Experience working with children with ASD is an asset
  • Willingness to learn, be creative, and adapt therapy sessions to each child
  • Kind, patient, and respectful approach with children and families
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with parents and team members
