We believe in nurturing the whole child; mind, body, and spirit through meaningful, hands-on learning experiences connected to nature and real-life application. Our educators inspire confidence, creativity, and independence, helping students build strong moral character, resilience, and a genuine love for discovery.

  • Healthy, homemade meals provided daily
  • Professional growth opportunities
  • Safe, inspiring, and nature-rich campus
  • Collaborative and lively atmosphere

Position Overview

We are seeking an Elementary Teacher who is passionate about fostering a love of learning and guiding students to think for themselves. The ideal candidate is creative, adaptable, and aligned with our belief that education should empower students; not confine them.

Responsibilities

  • Integrate nature-based and hands-on experiences into the learning process
  • Differentiate instruction to meet individual learning needs
  • Assess and communicate student growth in meaningful, constructive ways
  • Foster a classroom culture rooted in respect, freedom, and responsibility
  • Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support the whole child
  • Encourage independence, creativity, and self-reflection in every learner

Requirement

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Education (B.Ed.) or related field
  • Teaching certification or equivalent experience in an educational setting
  • Strong classroom management rooted in respect and understanding
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for student-led, inquiry-based learning
  • A love for the outdoors and experiential education
