Job Summary

Duties

  • Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities.
  • Provide friendly, attentive customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and addressing guest needs promptly.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by adhering to food safety regulations and proper sanitation procedures.
  • Assist with food presentation, upselling menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
  • Support kitchen operations by managing time effectively to ensure timely order completion during busy hours.

Requirements

  • Previous food service or restaurant experience is preferred but not required; we welcome motivated learners eager to grow!
  • Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food handling safety standards.
  • Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS for efficient order processing.
  • Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and effective communication abilities.
  • Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and order calculations.
  • Ability to maintain high standards of sanitation, cleanliness, and food safety at all times.
  • Kitchen or food industry experience is a plus; serving or cashiering background is beneficial.
  • Willingness to learn upselling techniques to promote menu items and increase sales.
