Landscape Construction Foreman

We’re looking for a Landscape Construction Foreman who’s ready to lead crews, solve problems on the fly, and take pride in bringing high-end outdoor spaces to life.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and motivate a small crew on residential and commercial landscape construction projects.
  • Build retaining walls, patios, water features, grading, lighting, sod, irrigation systems, and more.
  • Problem-solve in real time to keep projects on schedule and up to our high standards.
  • Safely operate a 1-ton truck with a landscape trailer.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites.
  • Communicate clearly with clients, crew members, and management.
  • Ensure every project is completed with quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction in mind.

What You Bring:

  • 2–3 years of experience as a landscape foreman in construction/hardscaping.
  • Experience operating a 1-ton truck and trailer.
  • Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to lift heavy materials and work long days in variable outdoor conditions.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proven ability to solve problems and adapt on the fly.
  • Snow and ice maintenance experience is a strong asset.
