  • Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and execute new content ideas and formats.
  • Oversee and mentor a team of junior staff, including editors and interns, providing guidance and feedback on ongoing projects.
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand standards, messaging strategy, and visual identity.
  • Performing colour grading and sound engineering work
  • Stay current with editing trends, techniques, and platform best practices to continuously elevate content quality.

  • Experience using DSLR, DJI, GoPro, and drone cameras to capture original content is a strong asset.
  • 5+ years of experience in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, especially Premiere Pro. Bonus if you’re confident with motion graphics, color grading, and audio configuration.
  • Comfortable leading and training a team of junior editors.
