Get ready to launch your career! We are looking for sharp minds to join our growing team, offering you the opportunity to uniquely apply economic and workforce analysis in an advisory role.
What will your typical day look like?
The successful candidate will lead workforce development consulting engagements across Canada, combining strategic advisory work with advanced labour market analytics. Key responsibilities include:
- Support the execution of Economic Advisory workforce and economic development engagements by conducting quantitative analysis, research, and report writing
- Assist with the creation of proposals and presentations to prospective clients
- Support the development of the Economic Advisory practice by supporting various business development, intellectual capital, and marketing activities
- Interact with clients at all levels, including through interviews, presentations, workshops, and surveys
About the team
Our team delivers strategic advisory, analytics, and evaluation services focused on workforce development, employment systems, and economic development across Canada. We support governments, industry, and communities in responding to labour market change and building resilient, inclusive workforces.
Our work includes:
- Workforce strategy and planning
- Labour market analysis and intelligence
- Skills and training system design
- Program evaluation and performance measurement
- Sector-based and regional workforce solutions
We work closely with federal, provincial, territorial, and Indigenous partners, as well as sector councils, training providers, and employer organizations.
Enough about us, let’s talk about you
You are someone with:
- Familiarity with labour market statistics and analysis and other types of quantitative economic analysis
- Advanced Excel skills and experience collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data for economics or related projects
- Outstanding analytical, writing and communication capabilities and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to work with others
- Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment under tight timelines
- Degree in economics, public policy or a related field
The following experience is not mandatory, but an asset:
- Strong understanding of Canada’s federal–provincial–territorial workforce policy architecture (e.g., WDAs, LMDAs, Sectoral Workforce Solutions Program, apprenticeship and Red Seal systems, provincial delivery models)
- Experience working with Indigenous communities, with demonstrated cultural competence
- Business development experience, including government proposal writing
- Eligibility for Government of Canada security clearance
- Bilingualism in English and French is an asset
- Quebec Locations: Bilingualism in French and English is required for this position due to the nature of the role having interactions with National & Global clients and project teams

Total Rewards
The salary range for this position is $68,000 - $102,000 (Consultant) and $84,000 - $126,000 (Senior Consultant), and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
