Full job description

Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for educating young children and creating a nurturing learning environment.

Education:

ECE (two year), Infant Toddler, Special Needs

Responsibilities:

- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to stimulate the intellectual and social growth of children

- Provide a safe and supportive learning environment for all children

- Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, parents, and staff

- Assess children's developmental needs and create individualized learning plans

- Monitor and document children's progress and behavior

- Collaborate with other teachers to ensure a well-rounded curriculum

- Cleaning as needed

Experience:

- Previous experience working with young children in a childcare setting

- Strong understanding of child development principles

- Excellent communication skills in English

- Special education experience is a plus

- Ability to write reports and maintain accurate records

- Demonstrated time management and organizational skills

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour

Licence/Certification:

  • First Aid Certification (preferred)
