Bloom & Play Kelowna is a childcare center designed to inspire creativity, learning, and connection. Our classrooms are bright and full of natural light, and we have a large outdoor green space where children can explore, play, and connect with nature. We’re building a team of passionate educators who want to grow with us and create a warm, values-driven environment where children, families, and educators thrive.

About the Role

As an Early Childhood Educator or Infant/Toddler Specialist at Bloom & Play, you’ll help foster a classroom culture that celebrates connection, respect, and wonder. You’ll nurture each child’s growth with kindness, patience, and courage, while supporting their curiosity and independence. You’ll work closely with families and colleagues to create a collaborative, joyful, and values-driven environment where everyone feels seen, supported, and inspired.

Whether you’re a new graduate or a seasoned educator, you’ll have opportunities to grow as a teacher, bring your creative ideas to life, and contribute with respect and collaboration to a team that values collaboration, integrity, and heart.

Your Responsibilities
