What We're Hiring For:

We're actively looking for passionate, people-first individuals for the following roles:

• Shift Manager (3+ years leadership experience)
• Bartender (1+ year experience)
• Server (1+ year experience)
• Host
• Server Assistant

What to Expect at Hiring Day:

We’re hosting a two-day drop-in Hiring Event at Earls Brentwood, where you will:

• Meet leadership from both locations
• Learn more about what makes working at Earls unique, from our team culture to growth and development opportunities
Have an on the spot, in-person interview

Event Details:

• Date: Tuesday, August 4th & Wednesday, August 5th
• Time: Drop in anytime between 9AM–4PM
• Where: Earls Brentwood -1308 - 4525 Lougheed Hwy, Burnaby, BC (please note: the hiring event for Earls Brentwood and Station Square will be hosted here)

How to Prepare:

• Bring your most updated resume
• Dress in something that makes you feel your best
• Know what role(s) and location you’re most interested in
