Full job description
We are looking for supportive Service Assistants to enhance our service team. As a Service Assistant, you support your Service team with all sorts of guest needs to ensure flawless execution. As one half of a “dynamic-duo” you are key in our guests having a great experience at Earls.
As a Server Assistant, you will:
- Assist your assigned Server in providing exceptional guest experiences. By anticipating the needs of both your server and guests, you’re one step ahead of the game at all times.
- Create authentic connections in every interaction. Elevate the guest experience through fun, engaging and meaningful conversations with guests.
- Be a problem solver and a supportive team player. Tackle problems by using your multi-tasking and communication skills, and be empowered to make decisions for you and your team members.
- Adapt to any situation with ease. Tackle problems by using your exceptional organizational skills and your commitment to the guest experience.
What we need from you:
- A passion and commitment to hospitality, teamwork, and fun.
- A commitment to fostering a supportive and engaging experience for your team members and guests.
- A willingness to learn and an openness to feedback, coaching, and mentorship.
- The ability to legally work in Canada.
