Earls is opening multiple new locations in Canada and the United States in the coming years and opportunities for growth in our Company are rich. We are looking for a passionate Guest Experience Manager to grow on our leadership team. This position is a key role where we believe we can differentiate ourselves from the noise in premium casual dining and truly make a mark on the experience of our guests.


The Guest Experience Manager at Earls is first and foremost a guest-facing role. The GEM role is all about Guest relationships - the job is to turn our customers into regular guests, develop a database of great information to personalize Guest experiences, and to create relationships between our guests and the Floor Service Team. (Managers, Hosts and Servers).


The GEM role is the caretaker of our special customer data and the facilitator of our guest relationships - making the job easy for our General Managers and Floor Managers to create and nurture deeper guest relationships.


As a Guest Experience Manager, you're committed to being your best self and working with integrity as you learn this part of operating a multimillion-dollar restaurant. Our ideal candidate has a commitment to teamwork and a desire to learn and grow. If desirable, the successful candidates can move upwards in our company towards a career in position such as a Day Manager, Night Manager, General Manager, Regional Director and more.

As a Guest Experience Manager, you will:

  • Exemplify exceptional leadership skills. Using our core values, you take a stand for yourself, your career, and the way you lead.
  • Consistently coach others. Support employees with potential issues and resolutions in order to ensure the highest profitability and smoothest operation. Train employees on delivery of irresistible food and drink, while engaging in authentic conversation.
  • Be a problem solver and a supportive team player. Tackle problems by using your multi-tasking and communication skills, and be empowered to make decisions for you and your team members.
  • Demonstrate your passion for the guest experience. Display your love for food and drink through exceptional menu and product knowledge.
