WE’RE HIRING — LINE COOKS!

Summer is winding down, school is just getting started, and our kitchen is getting ready to turn up the heat!

We’re looking for TWO awesome full-time people to join our culinary team. If you love food, enjoy working with a great crew, and are looking for a place where you can learn, grow, and build a career, we want to hear from you!

Whether you’re an experienced cook or someone looking to take their first step into a professional kitchen, there’s room to grow here.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

As a Line Cook, you’ll be an important part of keeping the kitchen running smoothly and making sure every dish leaving the pass is something we’re proud of.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Preparing and cooking menu items to recipe and quality standards.
  • Keeping up with the pace of a busy service while maintaining quality.
  • Keeping your station clean, organized, and ready to go.
  • Following food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Working closely with the rest of the kitchen team during busy services.
  • Bringing a positive attitude, good energy, and a willingness to learn every shift.

ROOM TO GROW

These are full-time positions for people who want more than just a job.

You’ll start primarily as an afternoon and/or evening line cook, with the opportunity to learn different areas of the kitchen and take on more responsibility as you grow.

Our goal is to help the right people learn, advance, and potentially grow into a lead position within our kitchen.

THE DETAILS

  • Pre-shifts start at 8:00 AM, except Friday & Saturday at 7:30 AM.
  • Swing shifts may start around 12:00 PM.
  • Closing shifts finish around 11:30 PM, except Friday & Saturday at 12:30 AM.
  • These are full-time positions.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Experience is preferred, but attitude, work ethic, and a willingness to learn go a long way.
