The Crossing Resort is a family owned and operated seasonal employer open from mid-April to mid-October. We are in Banff National Park, 80 kms north of Lake Louise, Alberta on the Icefield's Highway. The Parkway is marketed as one of the top ten most scenic drives in Canada. The Crossing boosts the best hiking the Canadian Rockies has to offer.

Transitioning to this work and lifestyle adventure could not be easier! We provide staff accommodation and all meals and snacks for under $400/month! The Crossing will train, absorb some ground transportation cost, provide uniforms, all bed and bathroom linens as well as some amenities. Are you someone who finds peace in a perfectly made bed? Do you have a sharp eye for the little details that turn a hotel room into a sanctuary? If you enjoy staying active and take pride in creating a "wow" moment for guests, we want to meet you!

We are looking for a Housekeeper to help us maintain the high standards of luxury and comfort that our guests expect at The Crossing Resort.

What You’ll Do

As a Housekeeper, you are the backbone of the guest experience. Your mission is to ensure every room feels brand new.

  • Create a Sanctuary: Perform full cleaning of guest rooms, including stripping/making beds, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing bathrooms.
  • The Finishing Touches: Restock amenities (linens, toiletries, coffee) and ensure everything is positioned perfectly.
  • Report & Improve: Keep an eye out for any maintenance issues (leaky faucets, burnt-out bulbs) and report them immediately.
  • Guest Interaction: Greet guests with a warm smile and handle special requests (extra pillows, towels) with efficiency and care.

What We’re Looking For

  • The "Eagle Eye": You notice the stray hair or the smudge on the mirror that others might miss.
  • Physical Stamina: You’re comfortable being on your feet, bending, lifting, and moving throughout your shift.
  • Reliability: Our guests depend on us being on time and consistent.
  • Team Spirit: You’re happy to jump in and help a coworker when the resort is at full capacity.

Job Type: Seasonal
Contract length: 6 months
