Role Summary

We are hiring a Performance Marketing Manager to strengthen execution and optimization across our paid acquisition channels. This role will focus on day-to-day campaign management across Meta Ads and Google Ads, while supporting ongoing improvements in analytics, reporting, and expansion into additional acquisition channels. The position is primarily execution-focused, with exposure to emerging areas such as automation and AI-assisted marketing systems, as well as multi-channel growth initiatives.

Key ResponsibilitiesPaid Media Execution

· Manage and optimize campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads and other social media platforms including TikTok.

· Execute campaign setup, testing, and ongoing optimization.

· Monitor performance and recommend adjustments based on key metrics.

Performance Optimization

· Improve campaign performance across ROAS, CAC, and conversion rates.

· Identify underperforming segments and implement corrective actions.

· Support budget allocation and scaling decisions.

Analytics & Reporting

· Track and report on performance using ad platforms, Shopify analytics, and GA4.

· Provide structured insights on performance trends and opportunities.

· Support reconciliation between platform-reported and actual performance.

AI & Process Development

· Work alongside existing AI-driven campaign systems.

· Support gradual improvements in campaign structure, data inputs, and workflows.

· Assist in implementing automation and improving operational efficiency.

Creative & Conversion Support

· Collaborate with creative and e-commerce teams on ad assets and landing pages.

· Provide data-driven input to improve conversion performance.

Channel Expansion (Support Role)

· Assist in testing and supporting campaigns across additional channels such as TikTok Ads, affiliate and partner programs, and influencer initiatives.

· Provide performance feedback and support execution under leadership guidance.

Candidate Profile:

· 4+ years of in-depth experience in performance marketing in e-commerce.

· Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads. Experience in TikTok ads is an asset.

· Experience with Shopify and GA4 is highly preferred.

· Solid understanding and hands-on experience of campaign optimization and performance metrics. Been there, done that – successfully!

· Comfortable working with data and reporting tools.

· Experience with additional channels is a plus.
