  • Design, develop, and maintain engaging learning content using modern instructional design methodologies.

  • Conduct learning needs and skills gap analyses to identify development priorities.

  • Build and manage structured learning curricula and development pathways.

  • Coordinate end-to-end delivery of learning programs, including logistics, enrollment, and communications.

  • Facilitate in-person, virtual, and blended learning sessions to drive engagement and knowledge retention.

  • Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness using qualitative and quantitative data, and recommend improvements.

  • Partner with internal stakeholders (HR, leadership, business units) to design targeted learning solutions.

  • Manage learning systems (e.g., Workday LMS) and ensure a seamless learner experience.

  • Stay informed on emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in learning and development and integrate them into programs.

Key Skills & Experience

  • 5–7 years of experience in learning and development, training, or organizational development roles.

  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and learning technologies.

  • Experience designing and delivering blended learning programs (virtual, in-person, and e-learning).

  • Proven facilitation and presentation skills across diverse audiences.

  • Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems (preferably Workday).

  • Ability to develop engaging digital learning content (experience with tools like Articulate 360 is an asset).

  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and ability to work collaboratively in a values-driven environment.

Compensation:
