VOS RESPONSABILITÉS :
CARACTÉRISTIQUES DU MANDAT :
EXIGENCES:
- Analyser les besoins d'affaires & traduire les requis en solutions fonctionnelles dans Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
- Conseiller les parties prenantes sur les meilleures pratiques, les possibilités de configuration standard & les impacts des choix de conception
- Participer aux ateliers de cadrage, à la documentation des processus & à la définition de solutions alignées sur les objectifs d'affaires
- Configurer ou soutenir la configuration de D365 F&O selon les besoins fonctionnels approuvés
- Collaborer avec les équipes techniques, les analystes, les architectes & les responsables d'affaires afin d'assurer une livraison cohérente & de qualité
- Préparer ou soutenir les essais fonctionnels, la validation des solutions, la gestion des écarts & le soutien au déploiement
- Accompagner les utilisateurs clés dans l'adoption de la solution, incluant la formation, la documentation & le transfert de connaissances
CARACTÉRISTIQUES DU MANDAT :
- Mandat stratégique au sein d'initiatives d'affaires & technologiques d'envergure
- Intervention à forte valeur ajoutée dans un environnement utilisant Dynamics 365 F&O
- Collaboration avec des équipes multidisciplinaires internes & des fournisseurs externes
- Contexte propice à l'optimisation des processus, à la configuration & à la livraison de solutions d'affaires
- Mode de collaboration hybride selon les besoins
EXIGENCES:
- Min de 5 à 10 ans d'expérience pertinente à titre de consultant fonctionnel, analyste fonctionnel ou spécialiste Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
- Excellente connaissance des processus d'affaires & des capacités fonctionnelles de D365 F&O
- Expérience démontrée dans des mandats d'implantation, d'évolution ou d'optimisation de solutions ERP
- Capacité à animer des ateliers, recueillir les besoins, documenter les processus & formuler des recommandations claires
- Esprit de synthèse & aptitude à intervenir efficacement auprès de multiples parties prenantes
