Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in residential settings, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment for our clients. This role requires strong organizational skills, effective time management, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Proficiency in English is essential, while knowledge of French is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
  • Manage laundry tasks, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens.
  • Prepare meals as needed, demonstrating cooking skills that meet the dietary preferences of clients.
  • Organize household items to ensure an efficient and tidy living space.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences.
  • Provide excellent customer service by being attentive to client requests and maintaining a friendly demeanor.
  • Adhere to safety protocols while using cleaning supplies and equipment.

Experience

  • Previous experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping is preferred but not required.
  • Strong time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes.
  • Excellent organizational skills to maintain order in various household areas.
  • Effective communication skills in English; proficiency in French is an advantage.
