Demon Oilfield Services is currently hiring Well Testing Supervisors and Assistant Operators to join our Alberta operations. Our crews work on projects throughout Alberta, providing flowback and well testing services for many of the industry's leading producers.

Since 2006, Demon Oilfield Services has built a reputation for providing safe, reliable service while maintaining long-term relationships with our clients. We're looking for people who take pride in their work, value safety, and want to be part of a professional team.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Annual earnings: $75,000 - $200,000+, depending on position, experience, and available work.

Assistant Operators

Assistant Operators support our field crews by assisting with rig-in and rig-out, equipment operation, and daily well testing and flowback activities. This position is ideal for someone with previous oilfield experience who is looking to build a long-term career in well testing.

Requirements:

  • Previous oilfield experience is required.
  • Ability to follow direction and work well as part of a team.
  • Willingness to learn and develop within the company.
  • Physically capable of lifting and carrying 75 lbs or more.
  • Reliable vehicle for transportation to and from our shop in Crossfield, Alberta.

Supervisors

Supervisors are responsible for leading field crews, ensuring safe and efficient operations, communicating with customers, and completing operational reporting. Successful applicants will have strong well testing experience and be confident leading crews in the field.

Requirements:

  • Previous supervisory experience in well testing and/or flowback operations.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to safely manage field operations and mentor crew members.
  • Experience completing operational reports and customer documentation.
  • Commitment to maintaining Demon Oilfield Services' safety and operational standards.

Qualifications (All Applicants)

Applicants must:

  • Speak and understand fluent English.
  • Be able to pass a pre-employment drug (including marijuana) and alcohol screening.
  • Be able to pass a pre-employment fitness assessment.
  • Hold a valid Class 5 Driver's Licence.
  • Hold a valid H2S Alive certificate.
  • Hold a valid Standard First Aid certificate.
  • Hold a valid CSO.

Additional Information

  • Our head office and yard are located in Crossfield, Alberta.
  • Applicants must have reliable transportation to and from our shop.
  • Work is performed at remote locations throughout Alberta and may require extended shifts and travel.
  • Safety is our highest priority.
