Agricultural Drone Pilot – High-Performance Role (Falher, AB)

About the Role

Quantum Ag is looking for a driven, reliable Agricultural Drone Pilot to join our growing team operating 8 DJI Agras T50 drones in Northern Alberta.

This is not just a “fly a drone” job. We’re looking for someone who can think, problem-solve, and operate at a high level in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation

- $25–$32/hour (based on experience)

- Long hours during peak season (10–14 hrs/day)

- Opportunity for increased earnings based on performance and responsibility

What You’ll Be Doing

- Operate agricultural spray drones safely and efficiently

- Mix and manage product loads

- Maintain workflow in high-pressure spraying windows

- Work long days during peak season to maximize acres

Bonus Skills (Strong Advantage)

- Mechanical skills / troubleshooting ability

- Experience running farm equipment

- Ability to diagnose and fix issues quickly in the field
