Residential Commercial White Glove

One Move is a Victoria-based moving and delivery company focused on providing a professional, reliable and elevated moving experience.

We’re looking for a dependable Mover / Driver to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, handles furniture and clients’ belongings with care, and understands that great customer service is just as important as getting the job done efficiently.

What You’ll Do

  • Load, transport and unload furniture and household items safely
  • Complete residential and commercial moves
  • Provide white-glove furniture delivery
  • Carefully wrap, protect and secure furniture for transportation
  • Move furniture through homes, condos, elevators and stairways without damaging walls, floors or belongings
  • Assist with basic furniture assembly and placement
  • Keep trucks, moving equipment and work areas clean and organized
  • Communicate professionally with clients throughout the move
  • Work efficiently as part of a moving crew
  • Represent One Move professionally at every job

What We’re Looking For

  • Moving, delivery, warehouse or furniture-handling experience is an asset
  • Physically capable of safely lifting and moving furniture throughout the workday
  • Reliable, punctual and hardworking
  • Careful and detail-oriented
  • Friendly and professional with customers
  • Comfortable working in clients’ homes
  • Able to follow instructions and work well as part of a team
  • Valid BC driver’s licence preferred
  • Experience driving a cube truck is a strong asset
  • Clean driving record preferred
