GRAVEYARD Transfer Driver – Pace Processing

Pace Processing is currently seeking a reliable, safety-focused, and motivated Transfer Driver for our Graveyard shift from 10pm - 6am to support our daily production operations. This position plays a critical role in ensuring ingredients and materials are transferred accurately and on time between our facilities to keep production running smoothly.

Job Requirements

  • Valid Class 5 Driver’s License (required)
  • Clean Driver’s Abstract (required)
  • Minimum 1 year of driving experience preferred
  • Ability to lift 15–25 kg (35–55 lbs) unassisted
  • Comfortable performing physical and repetitive tasks
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and stay organized
  • Forklift and/or powered jack certification is required
  • Weekend Availability Required
  • Ability to work overtime when required

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely load and unload baskets, ingredients, materials, and finished products
  • Transfer materials between facilities efficiently and safely
  • Ensure accurate delivery of ingredients required for daily production
  • Complete transfer logs and documentation accurately
  • Maintain clean and organized storage, loading, and vehicle areas
  • Perform daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance issues immediately
  • Safely operate forklifts or powered jacks (if certified)
  • Support production and warehouse teams as needed
  • Follow company safety, GMP, and food safety policies at all times
