  • Jr Mover: $20/hour base → ~$21.50/hour average with bonuses
  • Sr Mover: $22.50/hour base → ~$24/hour average with bonuses
  • Crew Chief: $25/hour base → ~$26.50/hour average with bonuses
  • Senior Crew Chief: $26–$27/hour base → ~$27.50–$28.50/hour average with bonuses
