Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Tow Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Tow Truck Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting vehicles, assisting stranded motorists, and ensuring that all services are performed in compliance with safety regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Operate tow trucks and other related equipment to transport vehicles safely.
  • Respond promptly to calls for roadside assistance and towing services.
  • Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients and addressing their needs.
  • Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on towing equipment to ensure safety and functionality.
  • Maintain accurate records of services performed and vehicle conditions.
  • Collaborate with dispatchers to efficiently manage service requests.

Requirements

  • Valid class 5 with( AIR BREAKS )driving license is required.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot issues with vehicles and equipment.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle stressful situations calmly.
  • Forklift operation experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
