Hawksworth Group's newest addition, Nightingale, centrally located downtown, is currently looking for experienced and eagerline cooks to join our young team of industry professionals!

Celebrating the here and now, Nightingale delivers fresh and vibrant modern Canadian cuisine that's designed for the way people want to eat today, vegetable and grain-centric with pasta, pizzas and creative proteins to share.

Who You Are:

  • You have a passion for food and feed off the buzz of a busy restaurant
  • You have experience in the kitchen but are hungry to learn more and develop your skills
  • You're a team player and a great communicator
  • You enjoy working with premium, local ingredients
  • You have at least 2 years of experience in high-volume kitchens

Job Duties:

  • Prepare, season and cook food as directed, meeting dietary requirements where required
  • Follow recipes and presentation specifications
  • Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
  • Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
