Front of House Manager

Front of House Leaders Wanted

Hanna Hospitality is looking for talented, dedicated and driven Front of House leaders for our growing business.

We Have recently opened a new restaurant and are looking to open another one this fall in the heart of downtown Calgary.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the front of house team including the following: Service Desk Manager, Food Runner, and Food Prep Cooks.
  • Ensure that all food is prepared according to company standards and recipes.
  • Coordinate FOH Opening/Closing duties
  • Ensure that all kitchen equipment is maintained and properly maintained.
  • Ensure FOH Equipment is properly maintained, cleaned and sanitized daily
  • Help coordinate FOH staff schedules and performance monitoring
  • Ensure Sales & Labour and properly monitored daily
  • Perform FOH admin and logout duties daily
  • Maintain a positive work environment for the front of house team.
  • Fully Open Availability required

Experience: FOH Management role (2 years required) Serving & Bartending experience (2 years preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
