OVERVIEW

Black Dog Hospitality has been part of downtown Kingston's dining scene for over 25 years, along with four distinct, chef-driven restaurants — Black Dog, Atomica, Harper's, and Dianne's. We're hiring experienced line cooks who take pride in their work and want room to grow.

We are currently hiring for our flagship restaurant Black Dog Tavern I Brasserie which has been successfully operating for 26 years, and is a culinary destination.

What you'll do:

  • Own a station and execute consistently through service
  • Work closely with kitchen leadership
  • Maintain speed, cleanliness, and quality under pressure
  • Help uphold food safety and prep standards

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience in high quality restaurants
  • Strong knife skills and solid fundamentals
  • Pride in your plates and a team-first attitude
