Full job description

2 Heavy Duty Cleaners required for 2 different locations in Brantford immediately due to vacancies. Positions are permanent, part-time.

One heavy duty position is in the Homedale area of Brantford, Monday to Friday, evenings 5-8pm. Duties include cleaning washrooms and all fixtures, sweeping, mopping and vacuuming in office areas, collecting garbage, dusting and other duties as directed by the supervisor. Must have reliable transportation and steel toe safety shoes.

One heavy duty position is in downtown Brantford, Tuesday to Saturday, evenings 5-8pm. Duties include cleaning factory washrooms and all fixtures, sweeping and mopping in factory offices, clean in cafeteria, locker rooms, collect garbage and remove to disposal area, dusting and other duties as directed by the supervisor. Must have reliable transportation and steel toe safety shoes.

For all positions:

  • previous industrial cleaning experience is an asset
  • must have reliable transportation to and from work or own vehicle
  • dependable persons needed, able to report to work as scheduled and on time daily
  • able to follow instructions and complete all tasks as trained; attention to detail
  • police check will be done
  • safety shoes required
