Responsabilités

  • Effectuer des services de toilettage, y compris le bain, le brossage, la coupe et le coiffage selon les normes de la race ou les préférences du client.
  • Évaluer l'état du pelage et de la peau des animaux de compagnie, en identifiant tout problème pouvant nécessiter une attention particulière.
  • Manipuler les animaux en toute sécurité et confortablement pendant les séances de toilettage, en veillant à leur bien-être tout au long du processus.
  • Maintenir la propreté et l'organisation de l'espace de toilettage, des outils et de l'équipement.
  • Fournir un excellent service à la clientèle en communiquant avec les propriétaires d'animaux sur les options de toilettage, les soins ultérieurs et en répondant à toute préoccupation qu'ils pourraient avoir.
  • Aider à soulever les animaux de grande taille lorsque cela est nécessaire pour assurer leur sécurité pendant le toilettage.

Expérience

  • Une expérience préalable dans le toilettage des animaux ou dans un domaine connexe est préférable.
  • Solides compétences en matière de service à la clientèle et capacité à établir des relations avec les propriétaires d'animaux.
  • Un amour sincère pour les animaux et une compréhension de leur comportement sont essentiels.
  • Capacité à soulever des charges lourdes, le cas échéant, tout en manipulant des animaux de compagnie.
