Nous avons présentement une opportunité de carrière chez Pratt & Whitney Canada (PWC) pour joindre leur site de St Hubert à titre de Spécialiste Technique MRO - Documentation & Support.
Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans le groupe de planification AIS qui est responsable du développement, de la maintenance et de la révision des instructions d’assemblage, de désassemblage et de réparation, essentielles au soutien des opérations de maintenance et de révision des moteurs. Votre champ d’action couvrira l’ensemble du cycle de vie des Instructions de Maintien de la Navigabilité (ICA), depuis la création initiale jusqu’aux mises à jour dictées par les retours des opérations ou les exigences réglementaires. Vous contribuerez à l’efficacité des opérations en atelier, la cohérence, le contrôle qualité et la conformité lors de l’assemblage des moteurs et de leurs sous-ensembles.
Joignez-vous auprès un environnement collaboratif et techniquement enrichissant, en travaillant en étroite collaboration avec les équipes d’ingénierie MRO, de publications techniques et de planification du développement.
Une opportunité pour vous de :
- Développer et standardiser les instructions de travail, les séquences de réparation et les flux de processus pour les activités de révision.
- Mener des initiatives d'amélioration continue en appliquant les principes du lean manufacturing.
- Agir en tant qu'expert technique pour les procédés de réparation complexes, les outillages et le développement des capacités de l'atelier.
- Soutenir le dépannage des problèmes techniques en coordination avec l’ingénierie MRO, la qualité et la production.
- Introduire et mettre en œuvre de nouveaux outils, équipements et technologies afin d’améliorer la productivité.
- Gérer les demandes de modifications techniques, les mises à jour d’ingénierie et leur mise en œuvre sur le plancher.
- Assurer la conformité aux normes réglementaires, aux spécifications OEM et maintenir une documentation rigoureuse.
Votre parcours:
- Diplôme collégial (deux ans minimum) ou universitaire en génie mécanique, industriel, aérospatial, ou dans une discipline technique équivalente.
- 2 à 10 ans d’expérience en environnement de développement, de fabrication ou de maintenance (MRO), idéalement dans le domaine des moteurs aéronautiques ou des systèmes mécaniques complexes.
- Solide connaissance des procédés d’assemblage mécanique, y compris l’utilisation d’outils standards, de fixations et de lubrifiants.
- Maîtrise de l’interprétation de plans techniques, de spécifications d’ingénierie et de documents réglementaires.
- Excellentes compétences en communication et présentation, avec une capacité démontrée à collaborer en équipes interfonctionnelles.
Vos clés de succès :
- Connaissance des outils CATIA, ENOVIA, ECATES, DNA.
- Familiarité avec les exigences de publication technique, la documentation structurée et les langages de balisage (SGML, XML, HTML).
- Compétences en planification de projet, organisation et gestion de priorités multiples.
- Aptitude à utiliser des logiciels de dessin/illustration pour des croquis techniques en 2D.
- Maitrise du Français et de l’anglais. Expérience en rédaction technique en anglais.

- Poste à 40 heures/sem. du lundi au vendredi, 100% en présentiel à St Hubert.
- Poste uniquement pour les citoyens(nes) canadiens(nes) ou résidents(tes) permanents(tes). Une enquête de sécurité du Programme des Marchandises Contrôlées du Canada fera partie du processus.

Technical Writer – Aircraft Engine Maintenance

We currently have a career opportunity at Pratt & Whitney Canada (PWC) to join their site in St Hubert as a MRO Technical Specialist -Documentation and Support.
You will be a key to the AIS Planning Group that is responsible for developing, maintaining, and revising assembly, disassembly, and repair instructions critical to supporting engine maintenance and overhaul operations. Your scope will include the full lifecycle of Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA), from initial creation to updates driven by operational feedback or regulatory changes. You will contribute to shop floor efficiency, consistency, quality control, and compliance across engine builds and subassembly processes.

An opportunity for you to:
- Develop and standardize work instructions, repair sequences, and process flows for overhaul activities.

Your background:
- College Degree or higher (two years duration) in Mechanical, Industrial, Aerospace Engineering, or equivalent technical discipline.
- 2–10 years of experience in a development, manufacturing or MRO environment, ideally with aerospace engines or complex mechanical systems.
- Solid knowledge of mechanical assembly processes, including use of standard tools, fasteners, and lubricants.
- Proficient in interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, and regulatory documents.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams
Your keys to success:
