For over 42 years, APO Products Ltd. has been a leading importer and supplier of Asian food (grocery, frozen and seafood) and non food products in Canada. We believe our employees are the reason for our success and are committed to providing a positive work environment.

We are experiencing tremendous growth in our business and are looking for exceptional candidates to join our growing team as a Supply Chain Clerk.

This is a permanent, full time position, Monday to Friday, 42.5 hours per week, 7:00am to 4:00pm, or 8:00am to 5:00pm in our Toronto office.

Responsibilities include:

* Processing of inbound documents and customs clearance.

* Coordinate container deliveries and scheduling

* Inventory Management

* Liaise with brokers and 3rd party to ensure smooth supply chain

* Communicate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams

* Solve problems swiftly and efficiently to maintain smooth operations

The ideal candidate would possess:

  • Supply Chain or Logistics Certification is an asset
  • Date Entry minimum 50 WPM
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced office environment
  • Attention to detail & accuracy
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel & Outlook
  • AccPac (Sage 300) experience is an asset
  • Extremely punctual, reliable, and organized
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Team player with positive attitude and willingness to learn new tasks
  • Bilingual English, Tagalog, and Mandarin, Vietnamese, French
