Who are you?

You are an experienced Document Controller with 7+ years of post-graduate experience looking for the next step or are currently undertaking a similar role in a similar environment.


Job Description

  • Ensures that document management aligns to policy and procedures for the organization and meets contractual obligations.
  • Maintains accurate records and ensures the consistent application of document control processes across the program.
  • Manages effective communication of outputs to all stakeholders.
  • Supports the submittals process and other relevant contract processes.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 7 years of experience with document management and control.
  • Exposure to document management workflows and systems (preferably Autodesk Construction Cloud)
  • Experience with SharePoint
  • Completion of a diploma in a related discipline or equivalent
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and confident interacting with a variety of program stakeholders
  • Ability to function in a high demand environment
  • Ability to prioritize and manage workload
  • Available to work 5 days in office at client site

The base salary range for this full-time role is $75,000 - $120,000 per year. Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range is a reflection of base salary only, not of a total compensation package. Please note Turner & Townsend reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range, depending on candidate’s experience and qualifications.
