Purpose :

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Document Controller. Our team includes world class experts and dynamic go-getters. This is a full-time position based in Vancouver, British Columbia.

Responsibilities:

  • Work on multiple projects independent of document control supervision.
  • Process engineering and vendor docs

What you will bring:
Technical and Industry Experience:

  • Minimum of 8 years Document Control experience.
  • Aconex, BIM360, Bluebeam, SharePoint experience would be an asset.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Proficiency in electronic Document/Data Management Systems.
  • General understanding of engineering, procurement, and construction activities with respect to document management and control would be an asset.
  • Ability to work collaboratively while working remotely.
  • Knowledge and experience in all areas of document/data management, including identification, creation, use, retrieval, access, retention, turnover.

Education – Qualifications, Accreditation, Training:

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree required.

For applicants based in the province of British Columbia, the salary range is CAD $77K to $92K
Application of the pay band: Variation in salary is determined by factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, relevant years of experience, geographic location, internal pay equity, and prevailing market conditions for the specific role.
