Purpose:
We are currently recruiting for a Junior Document Controller. Our team includes world class experts and dynamic go-getters. This is a full-time position based in Calgary, Alberta.

Responsibilities:

  • Support multiple projects by managing document control activities.
  • Process and distribute engineering and vendor documents in accordance with company and client requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with document control standards, procedures, and best practices.
  • Maintain accurate records and document metadata within electronic Document/Data Management Systems (EDMS).
  • Assist in the retrieval, tracking, and archiving of documents as needed.

What you will bring:
Technical and Industry Experience:

  • Exposure to document control in an engineering or construction environment.
  • Understanding of how to identify and manage technical engineering drawings and documents.
  • General understanding of engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) processes related to document control.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Proficiency in electronic Document/Data Management Systems (Aconex, SharePoint, and Bluebeam) is an asset but not required.

  • High school diploma.
