Purpose:
We are currently recruiting for a Junior Document Controller. Our team includes world class experts and dynamic go-getters. This is a full-time position based in Calgary, Alberta.
Responsibilities:
- Support multiple projects by managing document control activities.
- Process and distribute engineering and vendor documents in accordance with company and client requirements.
- Ensure compliance with document control standards, procedures, and best practices.
- Maintain accurate records and document metadata within electronic Document/Data Management Systems (EDMS).
- Assist in the retrieval, tracking, and archiving of documents as needed.
What you will bring:
Technical and Industry Experience:
- Exposure to document control in an engineering or construction environment.
- Understanding of how to identify and manage technical engineering drawings and documents.
- General understanding of engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) processes related to document control.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Proficiency in electronic Document/Data Management Systems (Aconex, SharePoint, and Bluebeam) is an asset but not required.
Education – Qualifications, Accreditation, Training:

- High school diploma.
