Full job description

Join our Formulation team as a Formulation Documentation Coordinator (12 months’ contract) and play a key role in supporting the development and manufacturing of high-quality nutritional products. This is a great opportunity for someone with a science background who enjoys working with data, documentation, and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Job Status: 12-month contract, full-time
Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm
Work Location: Hybrid – 1550 United Boulevard, Coquitlam, BC
Salary Range: $23/hour

In this role, you will:
  • Build and maintain a database of processing parameters for Master Manufacturing Documents.
  • Prepare and route Master Manufacturing Documents for approval using established data.
  • Manage Change Control Requests and updates related to BOM and formulation documents.
  • Review scanned formulation documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
  • Support document preparation, printing, filing, and data entry across systems like Genesis and other internal databases.
You have:
  • A Technical Diploma in Science (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • Strong proficiency in MS Word and Excel for documentation and data management.
  • Familiarity with systems like Syspro, Asana, or Veeva Vault (considered an asset).
  • Ability to interpret data from multiple sources and translate it into actionable documentation.
  • Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) is an asset.
